Where is my order?Updated 2 years ago

You can track the status of your order by doing one of the following: 1.) Logging into your Surf Rider account and clicking the tracking number for your order. 2.) Referring to the tracking information that was sent in the shipment notification e-mail, or 3.) By Visiting: USPS Tracking Information and entering your tracking number.

If you've missed your order delivery you can reschedule it here: Redeliver My Package . If this option isn't available in your area then you will need to contact your local post office. You can locate the post office that services your address here: Locate My Post Office 

If you're unable to access tracking information for your order, please Contact Us in the Help Center so that we may assist you further.
