Quickly and easily return your item(s) through our Returns Portal!


We hope you love what you've ordered, but just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we've made the return process super easy.

• All Returns and Exchanges within the US are FREE!

• You have 30 Days from the date of delivery to decide.

• Returns are refunded to your original form of payment.

• Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.

Important Notice:

Please do not send your return to the sender's address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return. You should only send it to the address on the free shipping label we provide.

Frequently Asked Questions:

 Can I return items if they are worn, damaged, or have the tags removed?

You can only return items that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, have the original tags/packaging attached and hygiene sticker intact.

Can I exchange items?

We will accept exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date. Your exchange must be unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags attached and returned in the original packaging.

What items are final sale?

All sale items, undergarments, beauty products, cosmetics, and accessories are considered final sale, non-returnable and cannot be returned for store credit.

Should I know anything else about the Online Return Policy?
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached and returned in their original packaging.
  • We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
  • All returns must include an order packing slip or return invoice from Online Return Portal that clearly indicates which items are being returned. If this is not filled out correctly, your return may experience issues in processing.
  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
What is the Store Returns Policy?

We provide full refunds to your original form of payment. We will accept exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date with a valid receipt and all tags attached. The following items are considered "Final Sale" and cannot be exchanged:

  • Undergarments
  • Beauty Products
  • Cosmetics
  • Accessories
  • Sale Items
Reserved Rights Regarding Returns

We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

  • An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing;"
  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or
  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.

Non-Surf Rider items sent to our Distribution Center will be discarded upon receipt.
